The 3D horizontal effect runs differently on internet Explorer. Is this normal?

Answer:

The 3D effect does not work on Internet Explorer, because Internet Explorer has a poor support for CSS3.  It will fall back to slice effect by default.  You can also change the fallback effect in Step 3, Transitions dialog.
